Job summary

AHP Suffolk CIC in partnership with St Nicholas Hospice Care is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist palliative and end-of-life care. The role focuses on maintaining independence and quality of life for patients with complex needs, in collaboration with families and carers.

The post involves working within a dedicated hospice setting, following Agenda for Change terms, and is offered as either full-time or part-time, with flexible FTE

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
• Member of the RCOT or equivalent professional liability insurance.
• Evidence of up-to-date, relevant CPD.
