Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care to join Berkshire West and South Oxfordshire hubs. The role offers autonomy within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering expert assessments and symptom control across complex cases.

We offer Full-time (37.5 hours) or Part-time (22.5 hours) with a salary up to £45,129 per annum. If you hold an RGN with NMC registration and palliative care experience, you’ll fit right in and enjoy generous benefits.

Qualifications

• RGN with active NMC registration.
• Previous palliative care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality palliative and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Manage complex symptoms and support patients nearing end of life.
• Provide specialist advice to patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
• Support telephone triage and respond to clinical enquiries.
• Collaborate with GPs, community teams and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical records.
