The VNA, part of the Care New England Health System, is seeking a full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in Rhode Island. The VNA provides a broad spectrum of home health, hospice services for adults, and the terminally ill.

Position Highlights:

• Provide medical visits to patients with advanced illness in community homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive history and physicals, manage malignant pain and other symptoms in palliative care, and support patient and caregiver education while collaborating with the care team.
• Work daytime hours with autonomy over patient scheduling.
