Job summary

Severn Hospice Limited in Shrewsbury (SY3 8HS) is seeking a compassionate Nursing Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract in our Inpatient Unit to support delivery of high-quality palliative and end-of-life care under Registered Nurses.

Join a friendly, supportive team with access to clinical supervision, peer support and ongoing development through on-site Skills Lab and education team. Applications from both newly qualified and experienced nurses are welcome.

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and committed Nursing Associate to join our Inpatient Unit on a 12-month temporary contract, supporting the delivery of high-quality palliative and end-of-life care.

As a valued member of a caring and skilled multidisciplinary team, and under the leadership of Registered Nurses, you will plan, organise and deliver person-centred care to patients with complex and evolving needs. You will play a vital role in providing compassionate, holistic care while supporting patients and those important to them during some of life's most challenging times.
