Job summary

GI Group Main Account is seeking Pallet Repairers in Scotland to safely repair and sort rental pallets to the required specifications. You will work on pallets in a structured environment, following the pallet design specs and in-house procedures.

The role is full-time with hours 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am-3pm. Pay starts at £13 per hour and can increase once fully trained and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Complete the in-house training and demonstrate competence in the safe use of nail guns.
• Understand the company's risk assessments and safe systems of work associated with the use of nail guns.
• Understand pallet design specifications.
• Complete all necessary production paperwork which must be accurate, complete and legible.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately repair pallets in a timely manner to the customer’s pallet design specification.
• Sort rental pallets and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Follow in-house procedures and hit targets.
