Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting Pallet Repairers for our client in Carrington. You will inspect, sort and repair wooden pallets to meet quality and safety standards, with a Monday to Friday 6am–2pm shift and a pay rate of £14 per hour.

This long-term temporary role requires reliability, basic hand and power tool use, and the ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pallet repair, woodwork or joinery.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Reliable and able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for damage or defects.
• Sort pallets based on size, condition, and type.
• Repair damaged pallets using hand and power tools.
• Remove broken boards and replace them with new timber.
• Stacking and organising pallets in designated areas.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Pallet Repairers and Pallet Sorters to join our clients team in Carrington. This role involves inspecting, sorting, and repairing wooden pallets to ensure they meet quality and safety standard
