Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Painter for a role in Hull. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance sector, with CSCS and NVQ encouraged. You should be able to renovate rooms and bring properties up to sign-off standards, while engaging in painting and decorating tasks.

Social housing maintenance experience is desirable but not essential; a full UK driving license is required. The position offers a competitive day rate and benefits to be discussed with the client.

• Be able to provide at least two working references.
• Hold a CSCS card and NVQ.
