Job Title: Painter Multi trade

Job Type: Self employed on going

Location: Grantham & surrounding areas

Start Date: September / Mid september

Rate: £145 / day CIS or £145 / Day Umbrella (must have own van & tools) 20p oer mile paid

Responsibilities

Our client, a subcontractor who delivers high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector, is seeking a Painter & Decorator to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works are on void properties and are a mixture of internal and external works.

• Perform general painting and decorating tasks, with emphasis on kitchen and bathroom areas.
• Work on void properties, handling both internal and external areas.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and finish.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience
• Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport
• Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
• Full driving licence & van/car required
