Overview

Job Title: Painter Multi trade

Job Type: Self employed on going

Location: Grantham & surrounding areas

Start Date: September / Mid September

Rate: £145 / day CIS or £145 / Day Umbrella (must have own van & tools). 20p per mile paid

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating work across social housing and local authority properties, focusing on voids with a mix of internal and external works.
• Work as part of a maintenance team to deliver high-quality services.
• Specialize in general painting and decorating, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom areas as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience.
• Own tools (brushes & whites) and transport.
• Experience in facilities or housing maintenance.
• Full driving licence & van/car required.
