Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating in properties, offices and other buildings.
• Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver quality repairs.
• Carry out multi-skilled tasks such as basic plumbing and joinery.
• Follow risk assessments and method statements.
• Record keeping of jobs and materials in online systems.
