Job summary

Retirement Villages Group is expanding our Property Maintenance Team and seeking skilled Painters & Decorators to join our journey. You will deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting and light maintenance across our retirement villages, upholding value for money and excellence in every project.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent), with proven residential or care environment experience.

Qualifications

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent.
Proven experience in a residential or care environment.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality internal and external painting and decorating across retirement villages.
Plan and carry out work efficiently, minimising waste and keeping costs under control.
Operate safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicles to a high standard.
Communicate clearly with residents, colleagues and managers.
Undertake minor maintenance tasks as directed.
