Retirement Villages Group is expanding its Property Maintenance Team and seeks skilled Painters & Decorators to maintain and improve our retirement villages. You will deliver high-quality internal and external painting, decorating, and light maintenance, planning work efficiently and ensuring value for money.

You will operate safely in line with procedures and health & safety regulations, communicate with residents and colleagues, and take pride in representing our values on every task.

Competenze

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent.
• Proven experience in residential or care environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Prepare and decorate a wide range of surfaces using brushes, rollers, and other tools.
• Undertake maintenance and remedial works as directed.
• Safely erect ladders and scaffolds while protecting work areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members and site staff to minimise resident disruption.
• Inspect work for quality, compliance and safety and address issues proactively.
• Support health & safety best practices and uphold safety culture.
