Qualifications

• Basic criminal records background check is required before employment.
• A valid driving licence is required to attend sites across the northwest.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of painting and decorating services to MSV properties.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paints/finishes for internal and external works.
• Work with wider teams and respond quickly to void properties to meet departmental targets.
• Identify and rectify defects in paint works and plan materials for site attendance.
