Job summary

Ferris UK Ltd – Building Trust, Restoring Homes is seeking experienced Painters & Decorators to join our team. You will deliver high-standard painting and decorating on insurance repair projects and restoration work, with a focus on quality, care and customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive base salary, a company van and fuel card, plus holiday entitlement that grows with service. We encourage independence and teamwork and provide ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Painter & Decorator.
• High-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance repair work is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating to a high professional standard.
• Work on woodwork, emulsion, and wallpaper hanging.
• Restore and finish properties after insurance repair projects.
• Deliver excellent workmanship while keeping the site tidy and efficient.
• Liaise with customers to provide reassurance and outstanding service.
