Job summary

Ferris UK Ltd in Warwick is seeking an experienced Commercial Painter & Decorator to join a family-led team delivering high-quality painting, wallpaper hanging, and woodwork finishing on insurance repair projects. You will restore homes after damage and maintain a tidy, efficient site while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ experience, strong workmanship, and a reliable, team-friendly attitude. A salary with monthly pay and secure career progression is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Commercial Painter & Decorator.
• High-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance repair work is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating to a high professional standard.
• Work on woodwork, emulsion, and wallpaper hanging.
• Restore and finish properties after insurance repair projects.
• Deliver excellent workmanship while keeping the site tidy and efficient.
• Liaise with customers to provide reassurance and outstanding service.
