Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in occupied environments (retail, pubs, public buildings).
  • NVQ / City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating desirable.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Role

You'll deliver a wide range of painting and decorating services across local authority, education, retail, pubs, and private sector sites. This is a customer-facing role, where your workmanship and attitude will directly contribute to our reputation. You will be trusted to work independently while maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality painting & decorating work across various sites
  • Work professionally in occupied premises, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site teams
  • Accurately complete job reports using mobile devices
  • Follow all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with other trades to meet project requirements
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience working in occupied environments (retail, pubs, public buildings)
  • NVQ / City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating (desirable)
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and solution-focused mindset
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable Skills
  • Multi-trade / handyman experience
