Our Homes Team ensures customers' homes are well maintained through repairs, maintenance, and gas servicing. The team includes multi-tradespeople, electricians, ground workers, roofers, gas engineers, plumbers, joiners, general labourers, and apprentices, supported by planners and administrative staff.
Our customer satisfaction rating is consistently high, and our team has received awards for teamwork and commitment.
We spend around £7 million annually on repairs and maintenance, completing thousands of repairs, gas services, and re-let preparations, while supporting community projects.
