Salary: £33,331 - £36,717
(plus £275 - £612 non-consolidated supplement)
Location: Didsbury, Manchester
Full time 35 hours per week

The Role
To undertake all aspects of Painting and Decorating in commercial and domestic properties to a high-quality standard in accordance with appropriate safety regulations. Carry out multi-skilled repairs as necessary.

Candidates
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Property Services team for a Multi Skilled Painter & Decorator. For the right person, we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.

Required:

1. NVQ level 2
2. Proven experience within a similar role
3. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
4. Demonstrate attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to deliver a high level of service
5. A full valid driving licence
