Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Painter and Decorator for a Nottingham-based role covering the Mansfield area. You will specialise in internal and external decorations for customers’ properties, in domestic settings.

The role emphasises delivering high-quality workmanship with a customer-focused approach, in a company that values safety and career development. A driving licence and NVQ2 or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Experience in a domestic/social housing environment preferred but not essential.
• Passion for improving peoples homes with strong customer service and people skills.
• Driving licence with eligibility to drive in the UK.

Responsibilities

• You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings.
• Give a detailed example of some of the works they will be required to complete.

You will specialise in carrying out Internal and External Decorations to our customers properties.

The Painter And Decorator Role

• You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
• Give a detailed example of some of the works they will be required to complete
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What You Will Bring As a Painter And Decorator

• Preferrably qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
