Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter to join our growing Painting team based in the Watford Unit, servicing Uxbridge. You will perform internal and external decorations in housing properties, working with residents and teams to deliver high standards.

The role offers a 39-hour week with a basic salary of £37,599 and bonus opportunities, with on-target earnings up to £41,655 including bonuses and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting is desirable.
• Driving licence with eligibility to drive in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Complete all internal and external decorations within housing settings.
• Work in a domestic environment, collaborating with residents and the team.
• Maintain safety and quality in line with health and safety requirements.

The Painter role:

We're committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

You will be completing all internal andexternal decorations within housing settings

Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What you will bring as a Painter:

Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.

Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, orrelevant environment (albeit not essential)

Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you havestrong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people

Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
