The Estates and Facilities Management team are looking for a Painter to join the team and be part of a vibrant community at Loughborough University.

Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:

The Maintenance Painter will be required to work as part of a large building fabric team carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across the University Estate. The role will mainly involve painting and refurbishing within the student residential areas.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in painting/decorating site and shop work
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
• IT skills to work with the university work allocation app
• NVQ Level 2 diploma in Painting & Decorating or equivalent
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in maths & English
• Full driving license required
