Job summary

Solus is looking for an experienced Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer to restore vehicles to showroom condition. You will handle preparation through to final finish, applying colour with precision and pride in your work.

You will work in a team-focused bodyshop, adhering to health and safety standards, and collaborating with panel and MET colleagues to ensure repairs progress smoothly and efficiently. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive paint environment
• ATA Qualification
• Confidence using paint materials and spray equipment
• Awareness of health, safety and quality expectations

Responsibilities

• Preparing and refinishing vehicle panels using recognised paint processes
• Applying colour accurately and consistently to achieve a high-quality finish
• Collaborating with Panel and MET colleagues to keep repairs moving smoothly
• Maintaining safe, tidy working practices and high quality standards
