Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Paint Sprayer (Field Based) in the Bristol area. You will service a local patch using a supplied van and equipment, with overtime opportunities to boost earnings. The role includes bodywork finishes and customer coordination.

The package offers £35,000–£40,000 with a company bonus (OTE £60,000) and a minimum £1,000 monthly bonus, plus progression and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paint sprayer or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to cover a local patch within reasonable travel distance.

Responsibilities

• Paid door to door
