Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is looking for a Paint Sprayer (Field Based) in Bristol. You will cover a local patch in a provided van, with overtime to increase earnings and a guaranteed company bonus. The role includes bodywork paint repairs and coordinating with customers on-site.

The position offers a clear path to team leader within a year, with ongoing training and progression opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with a generous bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paint Sprayer or similar.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Bodywork repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Organising jobs with customers.
• Covering a local patch within an hour of your house.
