Qualifications

  • Must hold IMI/NVQ Level 3 Paint Sprayer or equivalent.

  • UK driving licence with minimal points.
  • ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and paint vehicles to the highest quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all jobs within estimated paint times, maintaining productivity targets.
  • Safeguard vehicles and contents throughout the repair process.
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Interpret technical instruction data accurately.
  • Use paint mixing schemes, drying equipment and tools properly.
  • Collaborate with team members and seek guidance from the Bodyshop Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards before customer handover.
