Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Sudbury is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Sprayer and Refinisher to apply primer, paint and clear coats to commercial vehicles, ensuring durable, high-quality finishes. You will prepare surfaces, mask, sand, and liaise with production to prioritise work, operate spray guns and other tools, inspect finishes, and maintain a clean, safe workspace with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Liase with production to organise and prioritise work schedule.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Operate spray guns and other hand tools to apply primer, paint, and clear coats with precision and consistency.
• Inspect finished work for quality, smoothness, color match, and overall finish standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
• Ensure stock of paints and associated consumables are kept fulfilled and stored correctly.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times, including the use of PPE during all stages of spraying and refinishing.
