Perfect Placement in Liverpool is seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a busy bodyshop. You will spray finishes on vehicles, ensuring high-quality results and compliance with current standards, in a modern workshop environment.

We look for proven experience, ideally an automotive paint spraying qualification, and a full UK driving licence. You will work independently yet as part of a team, with opportunities for career progression and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Technician in a bodyshop or collision repair environment.
• Ideally qualified in automotive paint spraying techniques.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Masking and sanding vehicles before painting.
• Apply paint following legislation and standards, specialising in acrylic polyurethane enamel.
• Detail and finish vehicles to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Manage materials to reduce waste and support environmentally responsible practices.
• Assist with waste disposal according to environmental standards.

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

• Preparing vehicles by masking and sanding prior to painting
• Applying paint according to current legislation and industry quality standards, specialising in acrylic polyurethane enamel
• Detailing and finishing vehicles to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Strictly adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Managing materials efficiently to reduce waste and support environmentally responsible practices
• Assisting with waste disposal in accordance with environmental standards

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Technician within a bodyshop or collision repair environment
