Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a busy bodyshop in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The role focuses on painting, prep, priming, and polishing to meet manufacturer repair times with quality and customer satisfaction in mind.

The ideal candidate will have ATA/NVQ in Vehicle Painting (desirable) and a proven ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work and good career progression

Qualifications

• ATA or NVQ qualifications in Vehicle Painting (desirable but not essential).
• Strong eye for detail and quality assurance skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from start to finish, including painting, prep, priming, and polishing.
• Painting of both half and full bumpers.
• Ensuring work is completed within manufacturer repair times.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Adhering to health and safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong eye for detail and quality assurance skills
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good communication skills and teamwork mentality
