Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Feltham, Greater London, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join a family-run vehicle bodyshop. You will prepare panels, mix paints, and apply primers and clearcoats to high-quality finishes.

The role offers a Monday-Thursday 45-hour week, no weekends, salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, and ongoing training with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a vehicle bodyshop or similar environment.
  • Strong skills in paint preparation, colour-matching and refinishing.
  • Knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering premium workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting, ensuring quality standards.
  • Mix and colour-match paints to manufacturer specifications.
  • Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using modern spray painting techniques.
  • Carry out blending and refinishing work for high-quality finishes.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all repairs are carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
