Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for an established Isleworth dealership bodyshop. The role offers a £40,000 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £42,000, working Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts.

You will prepare vehicles for painting, apply high-quality finishes, and ensure colour accuracy. The position includes ongoing in-house and manufacturer training within a supportive, long-term career environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in an accident repair centre or dealership bodyshop.
• Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce flawless finishes.
• NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Body and Paint preferred.
• ATA accreditation desirable but not essential.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Flexible and professional approach to supporting wider bodyshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting including masking, sanding and priming.
• Apply paint using modern spray equipment to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Perform accurate colour matching and blending.
• Carry out paint repairs efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
• Assist with minor body repairs and SMART repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Ensure repairs meet safety, quality and industry standards.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Duties

• As a Paint Sprayer, prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding and priming
• Apply paint using modern spray equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
• Complete accurate colour matching and blending
• Carry out paint repairs efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards
• Assist with minor body repairs and SMART repairs where required
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Ensure repairs meet safety, quality and Motor Industry Code of Practice requirements
• Meet deadlines while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within an accident repair centre, dealership bodyshop or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques

• Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Body and Paint, are preferred
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines
