Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a commercial vehicle or accident repair environment.
• Strong skills in paint preparation, colour-matching, and refinishing.
• Knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Mix and colour-match paints to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using modern spray-painting techniques.
• Carry out blending and refinishing to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets company and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff for efficient workflow.
• Ensure all repairs adhere to safety and quality standards.
