Responsibilities

• Prepare and prime vehicle bodywork according to manufacturer and customer specifications.
• Mix and colour-match paints accurately to ensure perfect colour matching.
• Spray all repaired areas to a high-quality finish, ensuring a durable and professional appearance.
• Carry out light cosmetic SMART repairs as required.
• Maintain knowledge of products, techniques, and industry standards.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Maintain housekeeping, health and safety compliance.
• Ensure accurate administration of your work following company procedures.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Performance-related bonuses based on hours sold, achieving on-target earnings of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
• 30 days' annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
