Location: Farnborough

We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day operations in our Paint Shop. If you have experience in a manufacturing or production environment, especially with painting or coatings, and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of painters and production staff
2. Ensure jobs are on schedule and production targets are met
3. Monitor quality and safety standards
4. Train and support team members
5. Plan daily work and optimize the use of materials and equipment
6. Suggest and implement efficiency improvements
7. Manage inventory and monitor paint shelf life
8. Handle administrative, staffing, and reporting tasks
9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
