Job Title:Paint Prep Technician

Rate:£15.00 per hour PAYE / umbrella options available

Location: Marlow

Hours:Monday- Friday, 39hours, Flexible working hours

Contract:On-going

Due to an increase in workload, a busy manufacturing business are looking for a Paint Prep Technician to join them on an ongoing contract basis.

As a Paint Prep Technician your duties will included

• Prepare surfaces of components by sanding, cleaning, and masking them to ensure they are free of dust, oils, or contaminants.
• Inspect components for defects or damage that may affect the painting process.
• Handle and prepare various materials and tools to assist in painting processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Work with precision to meet quality control standards and deadlines.

The successful Paint Prep Technician will have the below experience:

• Previous prepping experience or similar, having worked with sanding and masking
• Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good Hand-eye coordination
