Job summary

PPG, a leading architectural coatings company, is hiring a Sales Assistant for the Oxford Johnstone’s Decorating Centre. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be a key team member in a customer-focused environment, supported by in-store training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Good understanding of IT systems desirable.
• In-store training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter and in store in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete training to confidently select products for customers’ needs and promote the brand.
• Keep the store well-presented and clean at all times.
• Follow stock management procedures including taking deliveries and stocking shelves.
