Hey! We’re Lucky Egg — https://www.tiktok.com/@luckyeggofficial and we create epic

tabletop party games! We're searching for a hard-working, positive, and organised

individual to join our London team as a Paid Social Strategist.

Lucky Egg is a self-funded startup founded in 2021. We design all our games in-house

at our Soho (London) office and sell them online and to retailers globally. We’re a lean,

creative team that thrives on experimentation, performance, and good energy.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for building and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta,

TikTok, and other platforms. You’ll manage budgets, test creative, and scale campaigns

that directly grow the brand.

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, TikTok Shop
• Work with creatives to ideate, brief, and iterate ad content
• Write or evaluate copy, hooks, and landing page messaging
• Report on performance, optimise ROAS, and test new ideas weekly
• Own top-of-funnel and retargeting strategy

If experienced, manage Amazon Ads (PPC/DSP) and Walmart DSP

What We’re Looking For

We hire for mindset over credentials. You should be confident suggesting bold new

ideas and taking ownership of execution and performance. We want someone

resourceful, proactive, and sharp on strategy and detail.

Required:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Strong understanding of paid social: creative testing, funnel strategy, budget pacing, attribution
• Experience with TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop Ads
• Experience with Amazon Ads (PPC or DSP), Walmart DSP
• Ecommerce or CPG brand experience is a plus
