Une agence dynamique basée à Londres cherche un Creative Strategist/Meta Paid Ads Specialist pour améliorer les performances des marques de e-commerce par le biais de la publicité payante. En travaillant dans un environnement entièrement remote et avec une semaine de travail de 4 jours, vous serez responsable d'élaborer des stratégies créatives et de gérer l'achat de médias sur des plateformes comme Instagram et Facebook. Les candidats doivent avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience en media buying pour le e-commerce, avec une affinité pour les stratégies innovantes et un esprit d'initiative.

4 day work week. Yes, you read that correctly. We only work 4 days a week.
Required Skills: Ecommerce Media buying + Creative strategy experience. You must have both. 2 years experience with paid media buying for e-commerce on Meta (bonus points if you also have Tiktok or Google experience), and experience with creative strategy.
There must be experience with paid ads for ecommerce (not pharma, not b2b, not plumbers.... ecommerce). Nothing wrong with the other stuff, it's just that we specialize in ecommerce.
Note: This position is not for people who want to be lazy and only work 4 days a week. It's for highly driven people who are productive and want to be "in the zone" for 4 days and then spend time with family, rest, or do other creative stuff on the 5th day. We believe in work-life balance. This is it in action.
Second Note: This position is NOT a social media coordinator role. It involves media buying and creative strategy for paid ads on IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.

What you'll be doing:
You will help ecommerce brands "get to the next level" with creative strategy and media buying on Instagram and Facebook ads. For example, helping a brand making 10-20K/mo reach 40-50K/mo, or a 50K/mo brand reach 100K/mo, by setting up creative strategies, testing, and optimizing ads.
You should be comfortable developing creative briefs, understanding the customer journey, and producing creatives. You will also answer technical questions and support brands emotionally during their growth, explaining platform details and managing expectations.
