4-day work week. Yes, you read that correctly. We only work 4 days a week.
Required Skills: Experience in ecommerce media buying and creative strategy. Minimum 2 years of paid media buying experience for ecommerce on Meta platforms (bonus points for TikTok or Google). Experience with creative strategy is also required.
There must be experience with paid ads for ecommerce (not pharma, not B2B, not plumbing...). Nothing against those industries, but we specialize in ecommerce.
Note: This position is for highly driven individuals who are productive and want to work 'in the zone' for 4 days, then spend time with family, rest, or pursue other creative endeavors on the 5th day. We believe in work-life balance and practice it actively.
Second Note: This is NOT a social media coordinator role. It involves media buying and creative strategy for paid ads on IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.

What you'll be doing:
Helping ecommerce brands grow through creative strategy and media buying on Instagram and Facebook. Your goal is to scale their revenue, e.g., from $10-20K/month to $40-50K/month, and beyond, by setting up and optimizing ad campaigns.
You should be comfortable developing creative briefs, understanding customer journey stages, and producing creatives.
You will also assist with technical questions and act as an 'ad therapist' during their growth, explaining platform mechanics and managing expectations.
