Are you a Paid Social expert with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns and scaling performance across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond? We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our growing London-based agency and take ownership of exciting client accounts across a variety of industries.

? The Role:

As our Paid Social Manager, you’ll play a key role in strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns. You’ll be working closely with our creative and client services teams to bring campaigns to life — from concept to results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning, launching and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others
• Managing budgets, setting KPIs, and ensuring consistent delivery of strong ROI
• Analysing performance data and reporting on insights & recommendations
• Collaborating with creatives to ensure ads are optimised for each platform
• Testing new formats, audiences and messaging to keep campaigns fresh
• Helping shape best practices and internal processes as we scale

? What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years’ experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or in-house)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Ads
• Confident in performance reporting, analytics tools, and attribution models
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and commercial awareness
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bonus: experience in eCommerce, lead gen or direct-to-consumer brands
