We’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Manager who lives and breathes social media ads. If you can craft scroll-stopping campaigns and know the difference between a boosted post and a full-funnel strategy, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Use audience insights and targeting like a pro to get the right eyes on our ads.
• Write snappy, on-brand ad copy that grabs attention and drives action.
• Test and optimise creatives, formats, and placements to boost performance.
• Keep track of campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS—and actually enjoy it.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports for the team.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to keep ads fresh and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in paid social media management—agency or in-house.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• A creative mindset paired with a love for data and analytics.
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for visuals.
• Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus.
