Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own the Paid Social strategy and drive customer acquisition, engagement and growth. You will manage budgets, bids, and targeting while aligning with E-commerce, CRM and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting and audience segmentation to maximise ROAS.
• Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Brief and manage creative content to ensure campaigns are on-brand and performance-focused.
• Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns through A/B testing and data-led insights.
• Track and report on key metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC and conversions.
• Identify opportunities across Paid Social and stay up to date with platform developments.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, SEO and Paid Search teams for integrated campaigns.
• Build relationships with external brand partners and support joint campaigns.

Job description

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our Client's growing Digital Marketing Team, taking ownership of their Paid Social strategy and playing a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement and growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and develop the Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting and audience segmentation to maximise performance and ROAS
• Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, promotions and wider brand initiatives
• Brief and manage creative content to ensure campaigns are engaging, on-brand and performance-focused
• Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns through A/B testing and data-led insights
• Track and report on key performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC and conversions
• Identify new opportunities across Paid Social and stay up to date with platform developments and emerging trends
• Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, SEO and Paid Search teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Build strong relationships with external brand partners and support successful joint campaigns
• Use customer and campaign data to identify opportunities for continued growth and improved performance

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns, either in-house or agency-side
• Strong hands‑on experience across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat
• Confident using GA4 and Looker Studio to analyse performance and produce meaningful insights
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative optimisation and performance marketing
• Highly analytical with a commercial, data‑driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within retail or a fast-paced eCommerce environment is highly desirable
• A proactive and creative mindset with the confidence to take ownership and make the role your own
