Connective3 in Leeds/Manchester is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead client campaigns, optimise spend, and drive measurable growth across social channels for a portfolio of brands. You will own day-to-day management of paid social accounts, maintain client relationships through weekly calls, and partner with strategists to craft roadmaps, testing plans and creative briefs.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a paid social role.
• Strong presenting and client-facing experience.
• Solid understanding of tracking and tagging.
• Growth minded with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Meta Blueprint certified.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and tell the story behind them.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with clients to understand business goals and align paid social performance with those goals.
• Own day-to-day management of paid social accounts.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of paid channels and testing approaches.
• Be client-facing, attending and leading weekly calls with clients.
• Prepare media plans and roadmaps with rationale for approval.
• Collaborate with strategists to develop monthly/quarterly decks and testing plans.
• Oversee creative testing and brief concepts to design teams for iterative development.
• Regularly audit accounts to ensure best practices are applied and KPIs are met.

In the last 12 months, our paid media team has doubled in size and after winning more new clients, we are now looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team in our Leeds or Manchesteroffices.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to understand business goals and align paid social performance with those goals
• Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and suppliers, working to get insights and the latest beta to improve client performance
• Own day-to-day management of paid social accounts
• Keep a consistent in-depth knowledge level of paid channels
• Be client-facing, maintaining direct contact with your clients and attending and leading weekly calls with clients
• Understand the goals of the accounts and align strategy to those goals.
• Prepare and complete media plans to then pitch to strategist for approval with rationale
• Prepare road maps to help increase the performance of the accounts in line with the client’s business goals, along with robust testing plans
• Own creative testing and brief concepts to design teams, working with them on iterative creative development roadmaps
• Always be testing
• Regularly audit accounts to make sure basics are being applied in accounts
• Assign relevant tasks to executives
• Create targeted campaigns including writing required copy and testing landing pages.
• Work with strategists to prepare monthly and quarterly decks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a paid social role working across Paid Social platforms
• Solid presenting and client facing experience
• Strong understanding of tracking and tagging
• Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature
• Meta blueprint certified
• Confident communicator and ability to build relationships
• Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlinesAnalytical way of working
• Collaborative worker and all-round team player
