BEAUTY - YOU MUST HAVE WORKED PREVIOUSLY ON BEAUTY ACCOUNTS.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok.
2. Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
3. Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
4. Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation.
5. Write compelling ad copy with strong hooks and CTAs.
6. Collaborate closely on creative strategy; a strong creative eye and understanding of visual and emotional resonance are essential.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
2. Experience managing Meta and/or TikTok ad accounts.
3. Confident & Innovative: You bring ideas to the table and enjoy collaborating with clients.
4. Self-Motivated & Ambitious: You take initiative and seek continuous improvement.
5. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
6. Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder.
