Join a high-growth premium travel & lifestyle group to own and scale paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels. Shape acquisition and brand engagement for multiple brands, with budgets of £1.2m–£1.6m. A hands-on, strategic role with creative freedom.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to take full ownership of the paid social channel, delivering data-led distribution strategies to drive reach, engagement, and acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and programmatic channels.

This is a key role at the heart of a high-performing marketing team. You'll build and optimise creative, audience, and media strategies focused on reaching high-value audiences, particularly in the luxury and premium sectors. Working closely with an in-house creative team, you'll have access to visual assets to support agile campaign development and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong commercial mindset, able to drive performance on tighter budgets while understanding platform algorithms, creative testing, and audience segmentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the paid social strategy across a portfolio of premium brands.
  • Manage budgets of £1.2m–£1.6m, optimising spend to meet acquisition and engagement targets.
  • Build, test, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Display, and Programmatic.
  • Increase brand interaction frequency from 1.6 to 3–5 engagements per week through strategic distribution planning.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop agile, consumer-first assets and creative loops.
