We're on the lookout for a performance-driven Paid Social Lead to join a category-leading, product-rich eCommerce brand that’s scaling fast.

We need someone who can get stuck in shaping channel strategy, owning performance, managing creative testing cycles, and ultimately driving serious revenue through Meta and other social platforms.

You’ll have a real seat at the table, reporting directly into the Head of Growth, and helping shape what paid social looks like as we scale across new markets and categories.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on paid social expertise: You’ve run Meta campaigns in-house and can talk confidently about testing structures, creative iterations, and scaling wins.
  • eCommerce background:You’ve delivered growth in D2C or online retail.
  • Strong cross-functional chops: You’ve worked closely with creatives, copywriters, and growth leaders to test fast, learn faster, and optimise performance.
  • Strategic edge: You know how to build structure, not just ads. You’re confident managing spend and performance tracking, but you’re also thinking bigger picture channel growth, team evolution, and performance process.
  • You’ve led or mentored others, this role is leading a small team and we’re open to someone stepping up into a Lead role if you’ve been a high-performing Senior Paid Social Manager.
  • You’ve worked with 6–7 figure annual budgets and understand how to scale spend without compromising CAC.
  • You’ve tested into TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube or other paid social channels.
  • This role is critical to their next stage of growth - you’ll be front and centre in shaping their paid strategy.
  • This is a values-led business, with a track record of investing in people and product.
  • You’ll join a team that moves fast, thinks smart, and loves what they do.
