Fast-growing B2C eCommerce scaleup

We're looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Lead to join a category-leading, product-rich eCommerce brand that’s scaling fast.

The role involves shaping channel strategy, owning performance, managing creative testing cycles, and driving revenue through Meta and other social platforms.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and help shape paid social strategies as the company scales across new markets and categories.

What we’re looking for:
  • Hands-on paid social expertise: Experience running Meta campaigns in-house, with confidence in testing structures, creative iterations, and scaling wins.
  • eCommerce background: Proven growth in D2C or online retail.
  • Strong cross-functional skills: Experience working with creatives, copywriters, and growth leaders to test, learn, and optimize performance quickly.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to build structured campaigns, manage spend and tracking, and think about channel growth, team development, and performance processes.
  • Leadership experience: Managed or mentored others; open to candidates stepping up from Senior Paid Social Manager to Lead.
  • Experience managing 6–7 figure annual budgets and scaling spend without increasing CAC.
  • Experience testing into TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or other paid social channels.
  • This role is critical to the company's growth and shaping paid strategy.
