  • Optimize landing pages and conversions: Partner with digital experience teams to improve user journeys and conversion rates through structured A/B testing and iterative experimentation.

  • Communicate performance to leadership: Provide regular updates on campaign results, strategic priorities, progress against targets, and emerging growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate across teams and regions: Work with international colleagues and cross‑functional stakeholders to align paid social initiatives with broader business objectives.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing within a data‑driven environment.

  • Strong expertise in paid social advertising platforms, particularly Meta, and familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant advertising channels.

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or comparable performance‑based marketing models.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable revenue and profitability outcomes.

  • Proven experience building, leading, and developing high‑performing marketing teams.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable decisions.

  • Proficiency with advertising technologies, campaign management platforms, and performance measurement tools.

  • Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and continuous campaign improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work confidently with performance data and reporting.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and international offices.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and a willingness to take ownership in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

  • A forward‑thinking attitude, with the ability to identify new opportunities, challenge existing practices, and continuously improve marketing performance.
