Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a hands-on Paid Social specialist to own and scale our acquisition engine, starting with Meta and expanding into TikTok, Pinterest and beyond. This role is execution-heavy, operating in ad accounts, launching at pace, and iterating creative to improve performance.

You will own the paid social lifecycle, from strategy through to reporting, collaborating with Creative, CRM and retention teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, especially Meta.
• Experience launching ads at volume.
• Experience with creative assets, including UGC or influencer content.
• Familiarity with Smartly.io is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills focused on performance.
• Experience in multi-territory markets is advantageous.
• Hands-on, proactive and execution focused.
• Commercially driven and results-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Confident owning a channel end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager (essential).

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, with expansion into other platforms.
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns quickly with emphasis on execution.
• Manage budgets to hit CPA and revenue targets.
• Lead structured testing across audiences, creative and setups.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to deliver assets and work with agencies and platform reps.
• Partner with CRM and retention teams on cross-channel activity.
• Share insights and performance learnings with stakeholders.
