Job summary

The Very Group is expanding its Digital Marketing Team and seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid social campaigns and optimise media spend. You will drive customer acquisition and retention while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

With 3–5 years in marketing and strong paid social experience, you’ll manage budgets, report performance, and lead a small team. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working model and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years marketing experience with paid social ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Experience of managing and developing a direct report.
• Experience with direct response activity and branding.
• Strong analytical skills and good Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Campaign leadership – plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
• Budgeting: oversee and allocate paid social budgets across platforms and campaigns.
• Stakeholder management – be the main contact for paid social within the business.
• Translate platform and internal data into clear performance reports for stakeholders.
• Identify test-and-learn opportunities to improve performance and paid social strategy.
