Central Employment Agency (North East) Ltd. is partnering with an established digital marketing agency to appoint a Paid Social Media Lead.

You will lead a talented team of Paid Social Executives and Account Managers while developing innovative, data-driven campaigns for ambitious ecommerce and B2B brands. You'll own paid social strategy, performance and client success across multiple accounts, blending hands-on channel work with strong leadership to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of paid social experience in an agency or fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• Proven track record of delivering growth through acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or managing team members.
• Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, audience segmentation and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Paid Social Executives and Account Managers.
• Create and deliver high-performing paid social strategies for ecommerce clients.
• Manage campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting across multiple accounts.
• Drive performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Identify new platform opportunities, audience strategies and testing frameworks.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to maximise results.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on paid social best practice.
• Collaborate with creative, content and wider performance marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and platform developments to keep clients ahead of competitors.
• Support new business opportunities through strategy input, audits and presentations.
